  • 1979 – DN Computer services formed in Middleton, Gt. Manchester
  • 1983 – Moved to Heywood offices and warehouse
  • 1996 – Operating revenue of £20 million
  • 1997 – DNCS purchased by PC World Business
  • 1999 – PC World Business launches it's online Internet catalogue
  • 2000 – PCWB Head Office moves from Heywood to Waterfold Park, Bury
  • 2004 – Microwarehouse acquired operating from Borehamwood (Inmac, Technomatic, MacWarehouse)
  • 2005 – Equanet acquired in Surbiton
  • 2006 – Quad-brand strategy developed PCWB, Equanet, MacWarehouse, Microwarehouse under DSGi Business Operating revenue of £450 million
  • 2009 – Launched dual site strategy, sales operations from Bury & Borehamwood
  • 2010 - Phil Birbeck appointed MD for DSGi Business
