- Check the value you will get for your trade in.
- Complete the online claim form and upload a copy of the sales invoice for your new HP purchase.
- A pre-paid postage label will be emailed to you within 5 days of submitting your claim, if your claim is successful.
- Send your old machine within 30 days of the invoice date with a copy of your claim form to Trade Up To HP Business using your pre-paid postage label. Any existing data will be wiped and unused parts will be recycled. Note HP cannot recover any data once they've received your computer.
- Provided everything matches your description HP will send you your cash via bank transfer.
