Tailored to the individual customer
With the capability to configure high volumes, the network support for UK wide delivery to multiple sites - even with the demands as tight as 15 minute-window delivery times, supported by our inherent strength and flexibility to provide you with the best of breed technology, our Technology Logistics solutions are all bespoke and tailored to you.
Every business and every customer is unique so regardless of sector or industry type, we seek to understand the real business or project needs and then shape our solution to fit the specific requirements. That doesn’t mean we don’t understand the challenges that certain sectors or industries face or that they require us to meet specific standards, or to have the necessary security accreditations or ensure we carry appropriate health and safety kit on some sites, because we do.
We sell our customers time and flexibility - we deliver what they want, where and when they want it. We can provide machines with different images or configurations. We hold stock for them in our secure warehouse. We offer them ‘best of breed’, a specific brand of laptop or desktop, bundled with a generic docking station or bag, along with the cables they need which the manufacturers wouldn’t offer. We provide the cost efficiencies they demand, along with the flexibility to suit their timescales.
We concentrate on the detail too. We have a bespoke asset system with built in error checking, unique number formatting, capability to lock to an account and integration into the Equanet ERP system at order and product level. We complete a project review for all projects, capturing the learning to further enhance future projects. Being part of Dixons Retail, gives us added credibility along with the financial stability and reassurance that many large organisation demand.

We offer volume advantages. We can blend products. We understand our customers pain points and what we deliver is tailored to their needs. We offer all the cost advantages of buying direct, combined with the benefits gained by working with a reseller. We enable our customers to rationalise their supply base without losing the product or cost benefits.
