How will you configure your machines? How long will it take you?

We can configure over 120 machines an hour and install a standard company image or anything from Microsoft Office OEM to Anti-Virus products, or any other software we supply. We can build or tune your PC to your specification even if it is a custom build. We can perform Operating System downgrades too, for example Windows 7 to Windows Vista.

Do you have a company software image? Do you know if it will be compatible with new hardware?

We can hold your company software images and install the image you want and check it's compatibility with your new hardware - saving you time and eliminating problems before they occur.

Do all of your machines need to have the same look and feel?

We can hold all your company images (software set-ups) and load the ones you request. We can create an image, or you can supply it to us. We can upgrade your brand new machine whether you require additional memory, a larger hard drive, or CD and DVD writers/re-writers, tape backup or add-on cards. We also have a service that will do this for you locally on-site for machines you already have in place.

Is your equipment needed urgently?

We offer a same day service - configuration orders placed before 4:30pm are delivered to you the following day (subject to order size - multiple units may not meet this SLA). Your machine will arrive user-ready and software is loaded correctly and checked.

Do you have time to tag all of your equipment and keep your asset register up to date?

We can attach asset labels to equipment purchased and we can also record the make, model and serial number of your equipment in an asset register and supply it to you in the format of your choice: .xls or .csv for example.

Is your equipment needed urgently?

Are you planning a hardware, or software upgrade?

We can build and install a server to meet your requirements or to your exact specification. The design and build may include the operating system, raid configuration, cabinet etc, and will include full diagnostic tests.

Have you ever taken delivery of a machine that wasn't working? How long did it take to sort out? Do you really have that much time to spare?

Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) overcomes the frustration of faulty new equipment, missing cables, or accessories. For as little as £10 per machine we can run a pre-delivery inspection/check for you. We’ll check the equipment powers up and is working before it leaves our warehouse.

Are you planning to do a roll-out out of new or replacement servers, desktops, monitors or printers? Will you have to do this as overtime?

Our project managers and national engineering team can help you plan and complete your roll-out within agreed timescales and during hours to suit your needs.

Are you responsible for loading software? Who loads your applications?

We can install anything from Microsoft Office OEM to Anti-Virus products to business software packages such as Sage prior to delivery. You'll receive your new device with the software already loaded and ready to use.

Do you have to unpack all the boxes and deploy the equipment around the office?

We are able to offer you the choice of having your equipment supplied 'packaging-free' through a variety of cost-effective solutions. This means you get all of the equipment and necessary cables or attachments together, minus the packaging as we've recycled that for you.

How do you dispose of the waste packaging? What happens to your old machines?

As well as being able to offer a number of cost-effective 'packaging-free' delivery options, we can also provide packaging and old equipment removal, recycling and disposal services. Prices for these services vary depending upon the volume and quality of the equipment. In some cases there can be a financial return back to your organisation.

Who does all of the user connections and settings? How long will it take you to get all of the machines working at desk?

We have a team of qualified and experienced field engineers based across England, Scotland and Wales who can efficiently install and configure your equipment to desk, reducing the impact on your own IT support team.
